Scalloped pinking shears give your felt or fabric a fun, decorative edge! They are also perfect for preventing your fabric edges from unravelling. These scissors will easily and cleanly cut both wool felt and fabric, and are made of steel with plastic handles.
They ARE a bit bulky and require a little bit of extra hand strength, but I don't have strong hands and I have no trouble using these at all.
