This colorful and vibrant Kaleidoscope hoop can be stitched with or without the word you've chosen for the year. There is a list of 54 words from which you can choose.
Full kit includes:
• 8-inch hoop
• Pre-printed gray fabric
• White fabric for word
• Variegated embroidery thread in 8 colors* (see notes about thread below)
• #24 chenille needle
• Printed pattern for the word box
• Printed list of 54 words
• Small piece of heavyweight poster board
• Polyester felt for hoop backing
• Printed instructions with color photos and diagrams
NOT INCLUDED IN THIS KIT: I recommend wrapping the inner hoop with cotton twill tape, which will help to keep your fabric tight while you're stitching. You can purchase twill tape in the "Add Accessories" box above.
Also not included in the kit: a Micron Pigma Pen (black, size 03 or 05) that you will need if you choose to add a word. If you are not adding a word, you won't need this pen.
*NOTE ABOUT THREAD COLORS - Due to the difficulties with getting large quantities of variegated thread, the brand of colors/skeins in each kit might vary. They could include Lecien Cosmo Seasons or DMC Color Variations. I am extremely picky about thread color, so I have chosen each of these threads to make sure they are all beautiful, so any combination of these threads will look amazing on your finished hoop.
*ADDITIONAL NOTE ABOUT THREAD - The pink/magenta skein might be Threadworx Overdyed floss. THIS THREADWORX FLOSS IS NOT COLORFAST, SO IF YOU INTEND TO WASH YOUR HOOP YOU WILL NEED TO SUBSTITUTE A DIFFERENT (COLORFAST) THREAD FOR THE PINK/MAGENTA COLOR.
