Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds for PDF patterns/digital files.

I do not offer automatic refunds, but if there is a problem with your order, please contact me so we can figure out a solution. I want you to be happy with anything you purchase from Lolli and Grace.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible, with a description of the damage and photos of both the item and the box in which it was shipped.
