One Meaningful Word #8 "Castle In The Sky" Stitch Along - Complete Embroidery Supply Kit

This is a PRE-ORDER. Kits will not arrive immediately, but I will send them out as soon as all of the components have arrived to me and I can assemble the kits.


TWO OPTIONS FOR SUPPLY KITS:
OPTION 1: When you purchase this option, the kit will have everything you need to DYE YOUR OWN FABRIC/THREADS. Detailed instructions for how to do this will be given in both the written and video tutorials.

OPTION 2: When you purchase this option, you will NOT need to dye anything. The fabric for the castle is solid (printed) blue, and the threads are solid or variegated colors. NOTE - most of the threads in this option are excellent substitutes for the dyed threads, except for the pink threads. There are no commercially-available pinks that are as bright as the hand-dyed threads. Therefore, the pink areas on your hoop (especially the big peony and the butterfly wings) will be a slightly different color of pink than is shown in the sample. 

These kits do NOT contain any instructions. When the stitch along starts you will be able to go to the blog for links to PDF instructions and video tutorials for all of the parts as they are released.

OPTION 1 supply kit ("dye your own fabric/thread") includes:
• 8-inch hoop (you will also need a 6" hoop - see "Add Accessories" box to add one to your cart if you need this)
• Pre-printed white fabric (which you will dye yourself) with the castle design
• Pre-printed white fabric with the stumpwork butterfly design
• Materials for dyeing fabric and thread 
• White fabric for word
• Pink wool felt for the word banner
• DMC embroidery thread (which you will dye yourself)
• Yarn
• 3 needles
• Printed pattern for the word box
• Printed list of 54 words
• Wire for stumpwork butterfly
• Polyester felt for hoop backing

OPTION 2 supply kit (no dyeing) includes:
• Everything in the option 1 kit except for materials to dye thread/fabric
• Solid blue pre-printed castle fabric
• Solid color and variegated DMC threads

If you wish to purchase any of the following items that aren't included but are extremely helpful when making this kit, see the "Add Accessories" box above:
• 6" hoop for use while stitching the stumpwork butterfly
• Cotton twill tape for wrapping the inner hoop (to keep your fabric tight)
• 5-inch micro tip detail scissors
• Frixion gel pen

This listing is for the supply kits only - it does NOT include the finished (stitched) art. You will be stitching the actual design yourself.
